Studies were commenced to write the training material to be used for in-service-training at M.E.H/MAH. This initial 6-book training material, including Foreigners’ Intelligence Concept, Cryptography, A Guide for Intelligence Agents, Memoirs, Conspiracies, and Propaganda, was completed in the last quarter of 1929.
