Ahmet Celalettin Karasapan (born 1899) was a graduate of the Paris School of Political Science and the Social Science School’s Department of Journalism. He was appointed as Director of the National Security Services on 21 September 1959 during his tenure as Ambassador to Bucharest, assumed his position on 2 October 1959 and retired on 2 June 1960.
Fluent in French, English and Italian, Ahmet Celalettin Karasapan was elected to Parliament as Senator for Afyonkarahisar in the 1961 elections and passed away in 1974.
