THE POLICY IMPLEMENTED FOR RECRUITMENT

In order to fulfill the duties charged by Laws and Regulations in accordance with the necessities of our age, the Organization pursues a personnel policy for the recruitment of "Intelligence Officers", aiming to select young people who have had four-year-university education, and have been proved to bear the conditions and qualities to become an intelligence officer through various tests given.

Thus, the aim is to create a professional cadre of intelligence officers that will meet the intelligence requirements of the state at the highest level, within the framework of the developments of the 21st Century.
