ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE PRIME MINISTER
According to the 13th Article of Law no. 2937, the Undersecretary
of the Turkish National Intelligence Organization is appointed with
the approval of the President after his appointment has been discussed
in the National Security Council and been proposed by the Prime
Minister. The Undersecretary of the Turkish National Intelligence
Organization is accountable only to the Prime Minister.
