THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OTHER STATE INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS WITH REGARD TO NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

IMMEDIATE TRANSMISSION OF COLLECTED INTELLIGENCE TO THE MIT

The Ministries and the other state organizations and institutions are responsible for:

  • collecting the intelligence required within the scope of their own field of activity,
  • acquiring the information and intelligence that is requested by the MIT,
  • counteracting intelligence,
  • transmitting immediately to the MIT acquired information and intelligence concerning national security.
PROVIDING ALL KINDS OF ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT

Ministries and other state organizations and institutions are responsible to provide all kinds of assistance and support to the MIT members when they are carrying out their duties. Those who do not provide this assistance and support, shall face punishment.
